How is everyone?

All, I hope all are doing well on their HCG journey. I know that losing the 45lbs has enabled me to go on to do things that I really enjoy like stand-up comedy. I'd have never felt confident enough to get on stage without losing the weight. It's been over a year now and today I weigh 171.8lbs. Remember that a year ago I had just went from 215lbs to 180 something. So, that's your word of encouragement for the day.

I've tried just about every diet a guy can think about. I've tried Belly-Off from Men's Health, Body for Life by Bill Phillips, P90X (Holy Crap!), The Testosterone Diet, and just starving myself. Nothing worked even remotely close to Dr. Simeon's HCG Protocal. Now, for those of us who have completed the protocol, there is a new challenge, how do we eat now? Well, I don't have the answers, but I do know that I like to eat whole foods and I know that they can be easier to make than we think possible.
